Tips for Recharging Your Battery

Life can become draining at times, so self-love is there to get you back to being you! As we always say, self-love is subjective to the person partaking in it. So some of these tips will work for you and some may not. All we ask is that you share feedback with us via your Instagram or TikTok to let us know what you thought!

  • Get in touch with God if you're a religious or spiritual person.
  • Get a pass to a Korean Spa - spend hours in the Saunas detoxing.
  • Schedule a regular massage of your choice.
  • Go get a pedicure & manicure.
  • Write down all of the goals you want to accomplish this year.
  • Write down all of the activities that make you feel rejuvenated.
  • Spend a few hours alone to just be calm and think.
  • Find forgiveness for anyone who has hurt you. 
  • Book an appointment with a therapist to vent about stressful topics.
  • Listen to a hour long motivational podcast or YouTube video.
  • Take a yoga class.
  • Go work out for at least an hour 2 days a week.
  • Go on a long walk.
  • Book at least one vacation this year.
  • Write down all of the things you're grateful for.
  • Light a candle or diffuser in your room before bed with your favorite relaxing sent.
  • Watch a funny movie with friends or by yourself.
  • Make time to go some where special with one of your best friends.
  • Go for a swim in the nearest pool.
  • Stretch at night before you get into bed.
